Basket Escape {heart hiding 16/17}

Basket Escape {heart hiding 16/17}  Heart Hiding is hiding God’s Word in our heart by memorizing whole books of Scripture.  To read more go to the Heart Hiding page.

This is Week 17 of Heart Hiding, memorizing 2 Corinthians 11-13,  where we are memorizing  2 Corinthians chapter 11, verses 32-33:

32 In Damascus the governor under Aretas the king kept the city of the Damascenes with a garrison, desirous to apprehend me:

33  And through a window in a basket was I let down by the wall, and escaped his hands.

2 Corinthians 11:32-33

One last circumstance which Paul endured to continue his proof of apostleship and his authority for preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ.  Over the city wall in a basket (out the window)!  All by the good Providence of God Himself.
