heart hiding, Scripture Memorization

Transparency in Christ {heart hiding 16/3}

Transparency in Christ {heart hiding 16/3}  Heart Hiding is hiding God’s Word in our heart by memorizing whole books of Scripture.  To read more go to the Heart Hiding page.

This is Week 3 of Heart Hiding, memorizing 2 Corinthians 11-13,  where we are memorizing  2 Corinthians chapter 11, verses 5 and 6:

5 For I suppose I was not a whit behind the very chiefest apostles.

6 But though I be rude in speech, yet not in knowledge; but we have been throughly made manifest among you in all things.

2 Corinthians 11:5-6

I have taken the liberty of turning the phrase ‘throughly made manifest’ into ‘transparency in Christ’.  What do you think?  Is that what Paul intends?  At any rate, Paul is saying that whether he is among the chief apostles or not, he has not hidden any part of himself in his dealings with the church at Corinth.

Whatever others think of us, can they see through us to see Christ?

Don’t forget to review the previous weeks’ verses 🙂

The key to memorization is review!

Review 2 Corinthians 11:1-4.

Have a great week working on these verses.  See you next Sunday.  God bless.
