heart hiding, Scripture Memorization

God’s Approval {heart hiding 15/47}

God’s Approval {heart hiding 15/47}  Heart Hiding is hiding God’s Word in our heart by memorizing whole books of Scripture.  To read more go to the Heart Hiding page.

This is Week 47 of Heart Hiding, memorizing 2 Corinthians 6-10.  How are you doing, my friend?   I hope that however much you have memorized is an encouragement to you to continue.  My purpose is to encourage others in their memorizing, which in turn encourages me to continue.

This is Week 47 of Heart Hiding, memorizing 2 Corinthians 6-10,  where we are memorizing  2 Corinthians chapter 10, verses 16 through 18:

16 To preach the gospel in the regions beyond you, and not to boast in another man’s line of things made ready to our hand.

17 But he that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord.

18 For not he that commendeth himself is approved, but whom the Lord commendeth.

2 Corinthians 10:16-18

Paul  continues from the previous two verses, emphasizing the need for God’s approval, rather than boasting in the flesh.

What could be better than God’s approval?

We are finished with chapter ten.  The next two weeks are for review.  There will be posts.

January is the time I use to catch up and get things lined up for the next year.  I will post the pdfs for printing ahead of time, and give you the date for Week 1 of 2016.

Hope to see you again in 2016 as we continue memorizing 2 Corinthians!

If you have a comment or question, please use the comment box at the end of the post or the contact form at the top of the page.

Don’t forget to review the previous weeks’ verses 🙂

The key to memorization is review!

Review 2 Corinthians 6:1-18; 7:1-16; 8:1-24; 9:1-15; 10:1-15.

Have a great week working on these verses.  See you next Sunday.  God bless.
