heart hiding, Scripture Memorization

Sorrowed to Repentance {heart hiding 15/12}

Sorrowed to Repentance {heart hiding 15/12}.  Heart Hiding is hiding God’s Word in our heart by memorizing whole books of Scripture.  To read more go to the Heart Hiding page.

How was your week?  Not to worry if you get behind. Just keep going.  I know from experience that if we just keep plodding along, God will bless our effort.

This is Week 12 of Heart Hiding, memorizing 2 Corinthians 6-10, we continue in chapter 7.

For though I made you sorry with a letter, I do not repent, though I did repent:  for I perceive that the same epistle hath made you sorry, though it were for a season.

Now I rejoice, not that ye were made sorry, but that ye sorrowed to repentance:  for ye were made sorry after a godly manner, that ye might receive damage by us in nothing.

2 Corinthians 7:8-9

Paul did not regret his first letter to the church at Corinth, a rebuke which brought godly sorrow and repentance.

Don’t forget to review the previous weeks’ verses 🙂

The key to memorization is review!

Review 2 Corinthians 6:1-18; 7:1-7.

Have a great week working on these verses.  See you next Sunday.  God bless.
