Immortality and Heart Hiding {Week 44}

Immortality and Heart Hiding {Week 44}.  I am sneaking two weeks in this week, since I found verses 6-9 to be familiar and easily learned.

How about you?  How is your memorization going?

This is week 44 of  Heart Hiding memorizing 2 Corinthians 1-5.  Paul continues to talk about the earthly body being replaced with an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.

We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.

Wherefore we labour, that, whether present or absent, we may be accepted of him.

2 Cor. 5:8-9

What a comfort to know God’s promised provision in death!  How blessed we are by our Almighty Father!

I am continuing to review  2 Corinthians 1:1-24, 2 Corinthians 2:1-17,  2 Corinthians 3:1-18, 2 Corinthians 4:1-18, and 2 Corinthians 5:1-7.

As I have mentioned before, I have my verses in Scripture Typer, which reminds me to review previously learned portions on a regular basis.  I find that I often need more frequent review for better retention.

Have you been able to share Scripture Typer with anyone?   What a wonderful resource to be able to share freely!

trusting God and Heart Hiding, scripture memorization

The heart hiding {Scripture Memorization} page has links to all of the posts. It is under the BIBLE tab, which is under the WORSHIP tab, which is just below the header (WordWorks). The heart hiding page now has links to every heart hiding post.

If you have a moment to share with others how God is using His Word in your life,

we would all be blessed and encouraged.

Immortality.  This is Week 44 of Heart Hiding, Scripture memorization, which is posted on Sundays throughout 2014.   In case you missed  the previous posts, you can find them here:
