Feathering the Nest

Stumbled upon this resource over on my blogger friend’s blog, A Sparrow’s Home, under Quiet Time Links.

This is the Christian Classics Ethereal Library out of Calvin College.  It can be used in a variety of ways, all of which are free.  You can look for books by title or author, which you can choose to read online, or on a Kindle, or download them.

There is a Study page, a Research page, and a Read page from which to choose.

Of particular interest here are the devotional options, found on the Meditate page.  Both Daily LIght’s and Spurgeon’s Evening Readings for that day are available.

In addition, the Old Testament, Chapter a Day and the New Testament in Four Years, and a Psalm a Day are offered.  These options will give me more food for thought in the process of re-vamping my BIble reading schedule.

This is a great, though not exhaustive, resource for the serious Bible student.  I will leave you to it.

I love to hear from readers! Thank you so much for taking time to comment. May you have a blessed day!
